Junior IT Sourcer

LITSLINK is looking for a Junior IT Sourcer to join our team.
This role is a good fit if you want to start or continue your career in IT recruitment and grow into a full-cycle recruiter.

About the Role:
 

• Active sourcing of candidates via LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, and other platforms
• Writing outreach messages and communicating with candidates
• Building and maintaining candidate pipelines
• Working with internal tools (PeopleForce)
• Supporting recruiters with candidate search
  
  Requirements:
   
• Completed IT recruitment courses or initial commercial experience
• English level - B1-B2
• Understanding of IT roles (basic tech stack awareness)
• Basic knowledge of Boolean and X-ray search
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactive approach and willingness to learn
  
  Nice to have:
   
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Experience with AI tools for sourcing
