Senior SEO Specialist

Mobilunity is a Ukrainian-based and operated provider of software engineering teams. We are extending our in-house Online Marketing Team and looking for a talented Senior SEO Specialist to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Conduct SEO optimization of the company's main website;
• Develop and implement long-term and short-term SEO experiments for the website;
• Collaborate with and coordinate content writers to update and improve content on the website;
• Conduct thorough competitor analysis and search for link opportunities, organize those utilization through link building team;
• Collect data and report on traffic, rankings and other SEO aspects;
• Optimize visibility for AI-generated answers and LLM-based search engines.

Main requirements:

• Have at least 4 years of experience on a similar SEO position (preferably in IT service companies);
• Have a proven record of past SEO campaigns, be ready to tell about such cases;
• Have at least Upper-Intermediate level of English;
• Have in-depth understanding of SEO principles and approaches;
• Be hands-on in various types of linkbuilding including outreach, crowd marketing, broken linkbuilding and more;
• Have experience in working with Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMRush, ScreamingFrog;
• Be a master of Google Excel formulas;
• Be able to think creatively and have huge desire to experiment;
• Have analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges;
• Be proactive, independent, attentive to details and extremely responsible.
