Junior Lead Generation Manager

Required skills:
- Great communication and presentation skills;

Would be a plus:
- Generic understanding of IT technologies and Software Development process;
- Experience in IT sales as a lead generator;
- Knowledge of the IT Outsourcing industry, its business models, sales cycle, and markets.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development of the companyβs business development strategy;
- Conduct research to identify potential prospects via established channels like LinkedIn and mass communication such as email, social media, and phone calls;
- Prepare and submit proposals;
- Investigate potential clients;
- Communicate with potential customers;
- Increase marketing/sales funnel metrics;
- Ensure high customer retention and satisfaction rate.
Working conditions:
- 5-day working week, 8-hour working day;
- Remote work.
