Business Development Manager (EU)
Our client is an iGaming Advertising Agency specializing in performance-driven user acquisition for operators worldwide. The company partners with leading brands, delivering high-quality traffic through a combination of a global affiliate network and proprietary in-house traffic sources.
Recognized by industry awards and certifications, the agency is known for its reliability, transparency, and strong market presence. We are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to drive advertiser acquisition and build long-term partnerships.
๐ Key responsibilities and your contribution:
โ Search for and attract new advertisers for collaboration
โ Negotiate commercial terms and close agreements with advertisers
โ Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing partners
โ Support advertisers in optimizing their campaigns and improving performance
โ Analyze and optimize current campaigns, improving KPIs
โ Monitor advertiser performance and prepare regular reports
โ Analyze market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities
โ Develop tailored commercial proposals and partnership solutions
โ Participate in industry events and conferences to expand the advertiser network
๐ Your qualifications:
โ 2+ years of experience in Business Development / Affiliate Management within iGaming
โ Background in a media buying team or affiliate network (deep understanding of traffic specifics)
โ Strong negotiation skills: ability to clearly communicate traffic performance and handle objections
โ Data-driven mindset: confident working with metrics, analytics, and performance data
โ Experience in partner development: focus on quality, LTV growth, and increasing average check
โ Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of results
โ Experience in attending industry conferences and building professional relationships through offline networking
โ English level: B1โB2+
