ODMsoft is a cutting-edge technology company with headquarters in Houston, TX and offices in Cleveland OH, Ukraine, and the Philippines. Our company operates a number of large internal projects primarily centered on the U.S. real estate industry.

Position Overview:

For the most part, this role consists of communicating via email with professionals in various segments of the U.S. real estate industry, searching for new contacts online, and managing Zoho CRM.

  • Remote job. You can work from home or any other place of your liking.
  • Full-time position: 5 days per week, 8 consecutive hours per day (the work must be conducted during the US daytime hours).

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting email outreach to potential partners and clients via Zoho CRM
  • Managing our extensive contact database in Zoho CRM
  • Creating, testing, running, and improving automated email campaigns in Zoho CRM
  • Negotiating link exchange and guest posting opportunities
  • Finding ways to naturally incorporate links in our and our partners’ content
  • Cooperating with our content creation, PR, and SEO teams
  • Creating business profiles for real estate professionals on our websites

Requirements for professional skills and experience:

  • Experience working in Zoho or another CRM
  • Excellent English writing, reading and comprehension skills
  • Experience conducting professional business communication via email
  • Experience in off-page SEO (link building)

 

Requirements for personal qualities:

  • Ability to quickly learn about new subjects using information available online. We expect the new Outreach Coordinator to quickly learn about various types of real estate professionals: what services they provide and what their expertise is. We also expect the Outreach Coordinator to quickly learn to navigate our extensive content library — blogs with hundreds of articles on multiple websites.
  • Ability to properly organize and keep track of large amounts of data.
  • Detail-oriented approach. For this position meticulousness and accuracy are crucial factors.
  • Resourcefulness: being able to find solutions to non-standard problems.
  • Responsible attitude to work.
