We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive Brand Manager / Advertiser Manager to join our global casino affiliate network. In this role, you’ll manage and grow relationships with top-tier brands, launch new offers, optimize performance, and ensure our advertisers are positioned for maximum exposure and ROI across worldwide markets.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in advertiser management who wants to step into a broader, more strategic role.

 

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advertiser & Brand Management

    - Manage and grow relationships with casino operators and advertisers across global markets.

    - Negotiate deal models (CPA, CPL, Hybrid, RevShare) and secure competitive rates.

    - Ensure advertisers’ needs are met and campaigns are aligned with their goals.

  • Offer Launching & Optimization

    - Launch new offers across multiple GEOs and verticals.

    - Monitor performance metrics and optimize offers to maximize FTDs, ROI, and partner satisfaction.

    - Identify underperforming offers and implement corrective strategies.

  • Recruitment & Expansion

    - Recruit new casino brands and advertisers into the network.

    - Conduct market research to identify emerging operators and opportunities.

    - Build long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.

  • Brand Positioning & Strategy

    - Position advertisers effectively within the network to maximize visibility and conversions.

    - Collaborate with internal teams (affiliate managers, BI, content, media buying) to support brand growth.

    - Ensure compliance with regulatory and responsible gaming guidelines.

  • Reporting & Analysis

    - Prepare performance reports, insights, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

    - Analyze trends, competitor activity, and market shifts to guide strategy.

     

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience as an Advertiser Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role in iGaming or affiliate marketing.
  • Strong understanding of casino affiliate deal models (CPA, CPL, Hybrid, RevShare).
  • Experience working with global markets (EU, LATAM, Asia, etc.).
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Self‑driven, organized, and comfortable working remotely.
  • Ability to learn new platforms and tools quickly.

     

Advantage

  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Affise, Everflow, HasOffers, etc.).
  • Familiarity with BI dashboards or analytics tools.
  • Existing network of casino operators.
