Business Development Manager
First Sport Media β is an international digital company specializing in sports advertising solutions. We operate a network of 80+ sports websites and reach audiences in more than 60 countries worldwide.
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by finding new clients, building strong partnerships, and managing the full sales cycle.
Responsibilities:
β Identify and attract new clients via Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, niche groups, and other channels
β Search for and collect contact information of potential clients (lead generation)
β Prepare media plans and commercial proposals
β Work with CRM systems to manage pipelines and deals
β Manage the full client lifecycle: (lead generation, outreach and communication, proposal preparation, contract signing & payments, ongoing client management (campaign optimization, upselling, renewals, reporting)
β Achieve monthly and quarterly KPIs
β Collaborate with internal teams (AdOps, Media Buyers, Finance, Legal, Analytics)
β Build long-term relationships and drive mutually beneficial partnerships
Requirements:
β 1+ year of experience as a Business Development or Sales Manager with proven results
β Upper-Intermediate+ English (both written and spoken)
β Strong multitasking and business-oriented mindset
β Result-driven, responsible, ambitious, and proactive personality
β Experience in sales and business development, including deal sourcing and closing
β Strong time management and teamwork skills
β Ability to work with cold leads and build long-term relationships
β Self-organization and strategic planning skills
β Strong communication skills β not afraid to initiate contact and network
Nice to have:
β Experience in the iGaming industry
β Understanding of sales models (CPM, CPC, CPA, RevShare, etc.) and metrics (CTR, CR, ROI, etc.)
β Willingness to travel across Europe for conferences and industry events
β Strong LinkedIn profile with an active network and platform expertise
