Middle Project Manager 
26 Lines Of Code is looking for an independent Middle Project Manager who is ready to take real ownership of delivery — including fixed-price projects, shared teams, and dynamic priorities.
This role is not a coordinator position. We expect a PM who can make decisions, manage constraints, and keep projects moving forward without constant supervision.
Responsibilities

• Own project delivery end-to-end: scope, timeline, communication, and outcomes
• Manage fixed-price and T&M projects, balancing scope, roadmap, and budget limitations
• Independently run client communication and expectation management
• Plan delivery considering shared developers across multiple projects
• Adjust plans proactively when priorities or resources change
• Maintain Jira structure, backlog clarity, and delivery visibility
• Identify risks early and drive practical solutions

Requirements

• 3+ years of Project Management experience in IT outsourcing/outstaffing
• Proven experience delivering fixed-price projects within budget constraints
• Ability to plan roadmaps under limited or shared resources
• Strong ownership mindset and decision-making skills
• Comfortable working in fast-changing delivery environments
• Solid Agile practices and confident Jira usage
• English — Upper-Intermediate+

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, SaaS, or CRM products
• Technical background or strong system thinking

• Experience working with distributed teams across time zones
