What You’ll Do

• Support customers via live chat and calls
• Guide users through the platform and resolve their issues
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with internal teams to solve complex cases

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in Customer Support or Sales Support
• English level B2+ (spoken & written)
• Interest in crypto / trading / fintech (experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and ability to handle challenging situations
• Customer-first mindset
