Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork-focused / IT Services)
Weβre looking for a Lead Generator to join our team and help us build a stable flow of new opportunities β primarily through Upwork π.
This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying leads for outsourcing projects, working closely with the team to improve positioning, messaging, and results.
Weβre also open to candidates who already have sales experience or want to grow into a sales role over time.
π οΈ Key Responsibilities
πΉ Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork (main channel)
πΉ Submit proposals and communicate with potential clients
πΉ Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline
πΉ Analyze job posts and identify high-potential opportunities
πΉ Track results and improve outreach with the team
πΉ Collaborate with the team on messaging, offers, and positioning
πΉ (Optional) Participate in early-stage client communication or calls
π Requirements
πΉ Experience with Upwork (or strong willingness to learn)
πΉ Good written English (for proposals and communication)
πΉ Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
πΉ Basic understanding of IT / software development services
πΉ Ability to stay organized and manage multiple opportunities
