We’re looking for a Lead Generator to join our team and help us build a stable flow of new opportunities β€” primarily through Upwork πŸš€.

This role focuses on sourcing and qualifying leads for outsourcing projects, working closely with the team to improve positioning, messaging, and results.

We’re also open to candidates who already have sales experience or want to grow into a sales role over time.

πŸ”Ή Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork (main channel)

πŸ”Ή Submit proposals and communicate with potential clients

πŸ”Ή Build and maintain a structured lead pipeline

πŸ”Ή Analyze job posts and identify high-potential opportunities

πŸ”Ή Track results and improve outreach with the team

πŸ”Ή Collaborate with the team on messaging, offers, and positioning

πŸ”Ή (Optional) Participate in early-stage client communication or calls

πŸ”Ή Experience with Upwork (or strong willingness to learn)

πŸ”Ή Good written English (for proposals and communication)

πŸ”Ή Strong attention to detail and structured thinking

πŸ”Ή Basic understanding of IT / software development services

πŸ”Ή Ability to stay organized and manage multiple opportunities
