Head of Account Management

Our partners are looking for a strategic and experienced Head of Account Management to lead the AM function, drive revenue growth, and scale key partnerships.
 

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Account Management team
  • Define and execute AM strategy aligned with business goals
  • Drive revenue growth across all accounts
  • Manage key clients, including Tier 1 operators
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance (GGR, NGR), and optimize results
  • Identify upsell and new business opportunities
  • Oversee integrations, launches, and promotions
  • Collaborate with Product, Tech, Compliance, and Finance
  • Lead negotiations and support key commercial deals
  • Improve processes, reporting, and operational efficiency

 

Requirements

  • Senior AM leadership experience in iGaming
  • Proven track record of scaling teams and driving revenue
  • Strong knowledge of operators, aggregators, and providers
  • Experience with Tier 1 clients and strategic partnerships
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills
  • Data-driven mindset (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Understanding of key KPIs (GGR, NGR, LTV, retention)
  • Experience with integrations and product launches
  • Fluent English

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience in regulated markets (UK, EU, LATAM, Brazil)
  • Network of Tier 1 operators/aggregators
  • Experience with large-scale launches and expansions
  • Multilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, Italian)
