About the role

We’re looking for a recruiter who will take full ownership of hiring and turn it into a structured, efficient, and scalable system.

This is not a support role. You will be responsible for how recruitment actually works in the company - from processes and speed to the quality of hires.

You’ll work with both technical and non-technical roles, collaborate closely with the HRD and CEO, and focus heavily on automation, AI, and continuous improvement.

At the beginning, you will work closely with the HRD, learning the current processes and helping improve them. Over time, the goal is to build a strong partnership between the HRD and the Recruiter to achieve the best hiring results.
 

Role Mission

Take full ownership of recruitment and transform it into a fast, structured, and scalable system that consistently brings strong talent into the company and supports product growth.
 

Key Results (6 -12 months)

  • Recruitment is fully owned and operates independently without constant involvement from HRD;
  • Hiring processes are clearly defined, structured, and consistently followed;
  • Time-to-hire is reduced while maintaining the high quality of candidates;
  • Hiring managers understand their role and actively participate in hiring;
  • AI and automation are implemented and used in daily workflows;
  • Candidate pipelines are transparent, predictable, and easy to manage;
  • Strong hires are made consistently across both technical and non-technical roles;
  • A strong and effective partnership is built with HRD and the CEO.
     

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruitment (sourcing → hiring) for tech and non-tech roles;
  • Audit current hiring processes and identify gaps and inefficiencies;
  • Redesign and optimize recruitment workflows;
  • Implement and scale AI tools and automation in sourcing, screening, and communication;
  • Partner with hiring managers to define clear hiring criteria and expectations;
  • Collaborate closely with HRD and CEO on hiring strategy and priorities;
  • Drive faster hiring without compromising quality;
  • Build structured pipelines and ensure visibility across all stages;
  • Continuously improve candidate experience;
  • Track and improve key recruitment metrics.

RequirementsMust-have

  • 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment;
  • Proven experience closing both technical and non-technical roles;
  • Experience working with or hiring for product companies;
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools in recruitment;
  • Strong ownership and ability to work independently;
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.
     

Nice-to-have

  • Experience building or scaling recruitment processes;
  • Experience in fast-growing teams or environments;
  • Understanding of recruitment metrics and analytics.
