Account Manager - Partner (Meta, TikTok, Performance, Client Growth)

Hi there! We are looking for a proactive Middle+ Account Manager to join the team at Rezono. Our full-service performance marketing agency partners with fast-growing brands to reach ambitious targets through smart media planning, conversion-focused creatives, and real-time optimization.
 

What You Will Do:

1. Manage the full client lifecycle, from onboarding to long-term strategic growth.
2. Develop performance strategies, including media planning and budget allocation.
3. Analyze campaign data to drive growth through actionable insights.
4. Coordinate campaign execution and optimization with internal teams.
    

Must-have Requirements:

1. At least 3+ years of experience in Media Buying, User Acquisition, or Performance Account Management.
2. Hands-on experience with Meta and TikTok ads, managing monthly budgets of $100,000+.
3. English: Upper-Intermediate or higher (B2+).
