Motion Designer (Only with experience in Spine 2D)
ABOUT US
We develop casino games — slots, mechanics, and visual effects. We work fully
remotely as a close-knit team under the direction of the Art Director.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Animate VFX effects for game mechanics (explosions, particles, light effects)
• Character animation in Spine 2D — rigging and animating game characters
• Slot animation: reels, symbols, win sequences, UI elements
• Working with graphic assets in Figma — export and sprite preparation
• Generating supporting assets, textures, and images using AI tools
• Collaborating with the team and aligning results with the Art Director
WHAT WE EXPECT
• Confident command of After Effects — expressions, plugins, rendering
• Experience with Spine 2D — rigging and character animation
• Figma proficiency for asset export and management
• 2+ years of animation experience, preferably in the gaming industry
• Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and game-feel
• Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines
Also expected (required):
• Hands-on experience with AI tools: image generation (Midjourney, Stable
Diffusion, Firefly), animation, and VFX asset generation
• Ability to integrate AI generation into the production pipeline — quickly producing
references, textures, sprites, and refining them to the final quality
NICE TO HAVE
• Portfolio with gaming projects (casino, mobile, gamedev)
• Understanding of game mechanics and casino aesthetics
• Experience with particles (Particle Illusion, AE Particular / CC Particle World)
• Familiarity with video generation tools (Runway, Kling, Pika)
