Key Responsibilities:
- Write collision repair estimates within CCC ONE and prepare them for insurance company submission.
- Review detailed vehicle damage information to produce accurate repair proposals that meet both shop standards and insurer expectations.
- Maintain high responsiveness throughout the workday to support daily estimating needs and shop workflow.
- Ensure that estimating work moves quickly so the in-office team can focus on production and customer-facing tasks.
- Assist with broader CCC ONE-related functions, supporting both estimating and general shop management workflows.

Must-Have Requirements:
- Hands-on, prior experience using CCC ONE in a collision repair or insurance environment is strictly required.
- Proven track record of writing collision repair estimates specifically for insurance claims.
- Ability to work autonomously with very limited software training; you must already be well-versed in the platform.
- Ability to maintain a productive full-time remote workflow without constant supervision.
- Comfort working in English; Spanish fluency is a welcome plus, as the team already includes Spanish-speaking members.
