Senior Finance Manager (iGaming)

We are a licensed iGaming company operating in the Ukrainian online casino market. Our mission is to deliver a safe, transparent, and engaging gaming experience while fully complying with the regulator (PlayCity).

We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Manager to strengthen our finance function and help manage and scale financial processes within the company.

Requirements:

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager
• Mandatory experience in iGaming (online casino / betting)
• Strong understanding of Ukrainian gambling regulations (PlayCity) and AML requirements
• Hands-on experience with budgeting, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Experience in preparing financial and tax reporting
• Understanding of payment infrastructure (deposits, payouts, PSPs)
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, 1C, and ERP systems
• English — Intermediate or higher
• Structured, responsible, and proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Control

• Participate in the development of the company’s financial strategy
• Budgeting and monitoring budget execution
• Cash flow forecasting and liquidity management

Reporting & Accounting

• Preparation of management, financial, and tax reporting
• Ensuring accuracy of financial records
• Control of timely tax payments (GGR, VAT, etc.)

Operations

• Monitoring payment systems, deposits, and payouts
• Working with banks, PSPs, and financial partners
• Cost optimization and process efficiency improvement

Risk & Compliance

• Participation in AML processes and financial monitoring
• Ensuring compliance with PlayCity regulations
• Implementation of internal controls

Business Partnership

• Providing financial insights for decision-making
• Advising management on financial matters
• Close collaboration with cross-functional teams
