Acquisition Lead

We are looking for a data-driven and performance-focused Acquisition Lead to join our fast-growing crypto casino project. In this role, you will be responsible for driving user growth, optimizing acquisition channels, and scaling traffic in a highly competitive iGaming environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across multiple channels (Affiliates, SEO, PPC, Social, Influencers, Display, etc.)
• Manage and scale affiliate programs, including sourcing, onboarding, and optimizing partner performance
• Build and manage relationships with influencers, streamers, and community leaders
• Lead community-driven acquisition efforts across Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord, and other Web3 platforms
• Analyze traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI across all acquisition channels
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Retention teams to improve funnel performance and LTV
• Identify new growth opportunities and test innovative acquisition approaches (including Web3-native channels)
• Monitor competitors and market trends in crypto and iGaming space
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend

• Build and optimize tracking systems (postbacks, attribution tools, analytics)

   

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in iGaming, crypto, or high-risk verticals
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and performance channels
• Proven experience working with influencers, streamers, and community-driven marketing (Telegram, Twitter/X, Discord)
• Experience with crypto audiences and Web3 ecosystems
• Proven track record of scaling traffic and managing acquisition budgets
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in performance optimization
• Familiarity with tracking tools (e.g., Voluum, Binom, Google Analytics, etc.)

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

   

Nice to Have:

• Existing network of affiliates, influencers, and streamers in iGaming/crypto

• Experience with influencer deal structures (revshare, CPA, hybrid models)
