WHAT YOU'LL BE SELLING


This is not a transactional sale. We offer complex B2B solutions with long cycles and high-trust buying decisions. Please read carefully before applying.
· Custom software development - end-to-end project delivery (web, mobile, backend) for mid-market and enterprise. Deal size: 20K-100K+ EUR, sales cycle: 3+ months.
· Dedicated teams & outstaffing - placing vetted engineers as an extension of the client's in-house team. Requires consultative selling and patience.
· SaaS product - a specific software product sold on subscription. Demo-driven, with focus on onboarding and expansion.
You'll be speaking with CTOs, Heads of Engineering, and C-level executives at funded startups, mid-market, and enterprise companies in Europe and the US. If you've only sold simple or
transactional products, this role will likely be a poor fit.


ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll own the full sales cycle - from first touch to signed contract - and help build the marketing engine alongside it: content, outreach, positioning. This role is for someone who doesn't wait for
inbound leads and thrives working independently.


WHAT YOU'LL DO
Sales
· Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, demo, close
· Run discovery calls and product demos in English
· Drive outbound prospecting via LinkedIn, email, and industry events
· Maintain and manage pipeline in CRM
· Build long-term relationships with clients across Europe and the US
Marketing
· Help create lead-gen content: case studies, pitch decks, email sequences
· Support the company's LinkedIn presence and brand voice
· Develop and test value propositions for different customer segments
· Analyse the funnel and propose growth experiments


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· 3-5 years in B2B sales of IT products or services (outsourcing, SaaS)
· Proven experience running demos and calls in English (B2+ / C1)
· Understanding of core marketing: content, outreach, funnels
· Experience working with European or US markets - you understand the culture and expectations
· Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
· Autonomous and proactive - you set your own priorities without micromanagement


NICE TO HAVE
· Experience writing cold outreach and email campaigns
· Basic analytics skills (Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase)
