Game Developer (Roblox) / Roblox Studio Team

We are looking for a Roblox Game Developer or small team / studio to join us for game development within the Roblox platform.

This role is focused on building engaging, user-facing games with real traction, not just prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and launch games within the Roblox ecosystem
• Work with Roblox Studio and scripting using Luau
• Design and implement game mechanics, UI, and player experience
• Optimize gameplay for retention and engagement
• Support live games and iterate based on user behavior

Requirements (must-have)

• Commercial experience with Roblox development
• Hands-on experience with Roblox Studio and Luau
• At least 1–2 launched games in Roblox with active users (very important)
• Understanding of game loops, retention, and monetization (Robux, in-game purchases)

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile game development (Unity / Android / iOS)
• Released games on Google Play / App Store
• Experience working as part of a game development team or studio
