Rooted in the European startup ecosystem, our early supporters include founders and investors, and our donor base has grown to 42,000+ NAFO fellas globally. We've organized 52 convoys, delivered almost 1,000 trucks, and moved €22M in aid. But the frontline is shifting, and we need to adapt just as fast.

🇺🇦 We're hiring in Kyiv: Country Manager - Ukraine

We are looking for a "top dog" to take full ownership of our Kyiv hub - leading the team, shaping strategy, and building the partnerships that keep the frontline supplied.

What you'll do:

🦅 Lead: Manage and develop our dedicated Kyiv team. Build systems, not just fires.

🧠 Analyze the Battlefield: Proactively track the realities of modern warfare (drones, EW, logistics, tactics) and turn those insights into smarter aid priorities.

🤝 Drive Partnerships: Forge high-level strategic relationships with military commands, corporate partners, and other NGOs.

⚙️ Connect the Dots: Bridge our Tallinn HQ and the ground reality in Ukraine - making sure strategy and execution stay in sync.
