Junior System Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior System Administrator to provide basic IT support and ensure smooth day-to-day technical operations in the office.

This role is ideal for a student or entry-level candidate who wants to start a career in IT and gain hands-on experience.

The key expectation is to be physically present in the office every day and respond quickly to возникающие technical issues.

Work format: On-site, part-time (2–4 hours daily)

Responsibilities

• Provide basic technical support to employees
• Quickly resolve day-to-day IT issues
• Set up and maintain workstations (PCs, laptops)
• Assist with network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN)
• Install and update software
• Perform basic user account administration
• Monitor office equipment and respond to issues promptly
• Support team members with technical requests

• Basic computer literacy
• Strong interest in building a career in IT / system administration
• Good responsiveness and reliability
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
• Proactive attitude and sense of ownership
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Basic English level
• Availability to work on-site daily (part-time)
• Willingness to undergo a polygraph test

Nice to Have

• Education in IT or Computer Science
• Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi)
• Experience with OS installation or hardware setup
