Softsich is a young and ambitious international product tech company that develops scalable B2B digital platforms. We are looking for an experienced Payment Manager who will help manage payment flows, optimize processes, and ensure the stable performance of the payment infrastructure for international partners.
In this role, you will be responsible for the efficiency of payment processes, working closely with providers and internal teams, as well as influencing key product metrics through payment flow optimization.


Your key responsibilities will include:

– Managing payment flows via PayAdmit or an internal admin panel.
– Setting up and optimizing routing, cascading, and fallback logic.
– Monitoring transaction performance, approval rates, and system stability.
– Analyzing payment processing issues and coordinating their resolution with PSPs and internal technical teams.
– Supporting the launch of new geographies, payment methods, currencies, and limits.
– Collaborating closely with technical, financial, compliance, and support teams.


It’s a match if you have:

– 1+ year of experience working with payment integrations: PSPs, payment gateways, alternative payment methods, e-wallets, and card processors.
– Hands-on experience with PayAdmit as a payment orchestrator.
– Experience configuring routing, cascading, and transaction processing logic.
– Understanding of the payment lifecycle, failure reasons, and optimization approaches.
– Experience managing payment flows in a high-load environment.
– Strong ability to read and analyze KPIs: approval rates, conversion, decline reasons.
– Experience working with payment dashboards and merchant panels.
– High level of responsibility, structured thinking, and attention to detail.
– Understanding of cross-team communication and payment status workflows.


Nice to have:

– Experience working with European markets.
– Experience preparing technical documentation and integration requirements.
– Experience managing relationships with payment providers and coordinating integrations.
