Head of Marketing
We are looking for an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale our marketing function in the iGaming vertical. The role is focused on building a strong acquisition and retention system, driving performance, and growing the team.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy
- Build and optimize the full marketing funnel: from acquisition to conversion, retention, and repeat deposits
- Own and manage key KPIs: CAC, ROI, retention, LTV, ARPU, FTD%, deposit depth
- Plan marketing roadmap, campaigns, and launches
- Coordinate cross-functional teams: Affiliate, CRM, Design, and Content
- Scale marketing activities across Tier-1 GEOs
Build, manage, and grow the marketing team
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming
- 1+ year in a Head of Marketing (or similar leadership) role
- Experience working with multiple acquisition channels and Tier-1 markets
- Strong data-driven approach and experience with analytics (BI tools, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Solid understanding of media planning and performance marketing
- English level: B2 or higher
