If yes, we are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Senior Recruiter & HR Business Partner to join our growing team. This hybrid role combines full-cycle recruitment with HR partnership, supporting business leaders in scaling teams and strengthening organizational performance—particularly within the iGaming sector.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across technical, commercial, and operational roles
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and hiring timelines
- Proactively source candidates using multiple channels (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline health
HR Business Partnering
- Support employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, performance management, retention)
- Provide guidance on employee relations, engagement, and organizational development
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
- Drive HR best practices and contribute to policy development
Requirements
- Up to 5 years of total HR experience
- At least 2- 3 years of proven work experience as a Recruiter in igaming (mandatory)
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both Russian and English is mandatory.
- Exposure to or experience as an HR Business Partner or similar advisory role
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
Nice to Have
- Experience hiring for tech or product roles
- Familiarity with ATS systems and HRIS platforms
- Experience working in international or remote teams
