Lead Generation Manager (B2B SaaS / iGaming)
We help iGaming platforms boost engagement, revenue, and ROMI by up to 25% through deep player behavior analysis, detection of positive and suspicious activities, and personalized recommendations for each user.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Manager who will take full ownership of our outbound pipeline and help scale it across multiple channels.
This is not a purely executional role - we expect you to bring ideas, test new hypotheses, and directly influence how our lead generation engine is built and evolves.
You will work closely with the marketing team and founders, contributing directly to pipeline growth and revenue through a structured and data-driven approach.
Responsibilities
Build and execute outbound lead generation strategy across key target segments
Identify, research, and prioritize target accounts (iGaming operators, platform providers)
Launch and manage outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Craft highly personalized messaging aligned with our company philosophy
Qualify leads and convert them into booked meetings and sales opportunities
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, positioning, and content initiatives
Support conference activities: pre-event outreach, meeting booking, and follow-ups
Analyze performance metrics (reply rates, conversion, pipeline quality) and continuously optimize outreach
Test new channels, hypotheses, ICP segments, and messaging approaches
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Lead Generation / SDR / BDR roles
Strong hands-on experience with outbound channels (LinkedIn, cold email)
Proven track record of building and scaling outbound pipelines
Experience with conference-driven lead generation (outreach, qualification, booking)
Ability to research ICPs and build high-quality, targeted lead lists
Clear understanding of quality vs. volume in outreach strategies
Strong written communication skills in English (B2+)
Experience with tools such as Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Heyreach
Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize performance based on data
Nice to Have
Experience in iGaming / betting industry
Familiarity with ABM strategies or multi-touch campaigns
