UX UI Designer

CipherCross is an outsourcing agency specializing in SaaS solutions and mobile apps. Our products focus on improving user experience and creating new ways to interact. We are currently looking for an experienced and driven UX UI Designer.

You will play a key role at the start of our projects. You will help turn raw client ideas into clear app architecture so our team can estimate the technical work. You will also handle the full design cycle – from early wireframes to the final UI polish before MVP development.

What you will do:

• Architecture & Logic: Dive deep into the client's business ideas, design high-level app architecture, and break down requirements (this is critical for team estimations).
• UX Design: Gather and analyze requirements, create detailed user flows, Customer Journey Maps (CJMs), and interactive prototypes.
• UI Design: Create complete, modern designs for mobile and web apps in Figma (from concept to a clickable prototype).
• Developer Handoff: Carefully prepare designs for developers — creating absolutely all screen states, edge cases, error states, and interactive elements.
   

What we expect from you:

• Solid commercial experience in UI/UX design for mobile and web apps.
• Pro-level Figma skills (components, variants, auto layout, design systems).
• Deep understanding of user-friendly interfaces and knowledge of iOS (Human Interface Guidelines) and Android (Material Design) guidelines.
• System and architectural thinking — the ability to see the whole product, not just individual screens.
• Perfectionism and strong attention to detail: keeping your design files perfectly organized before handing them off to developers.
• Good spoken and written English for fluent communication.

Nice to have:

• Experience using AI tools to quickly generate wireframes and test ideas.
• Creativity, openness to new ideas, and a proactive approach to improving products.
