Employment Type: Full-Time

About Liveforce

Liveforce is a fast-growing SaaS company transforming how companies recruit, schedule, manage and pay temporary staff. Our platform is trusted by businesses across event production, exhibitions and the wider temporary staffing sector to manage their workforce more efficiently.

As we continue to scale, we're investing heavily in our inbound growth engine to help more businesses discover and adopt Liveforce.

The Opportunity

We're looking for someone who can sit between SEO, SEM and content — bringing structure, clarity and commercial results to how we grow inbound demand.

This is a hybrid SEO & SEM role for a strong mid-weight candidate ready to step up into a senior position. You'll work closely with our CRO and CEO, initially focusing on understanding our audience, auditing our current assets, and helping roll out the sales and marketing framework that will guide our strategic growth.

Your first priority will be to understand how we work today, assess our website (including its technical health), and help shape the reporting and rollout behind a new messaging and content approach. You'll bring an outside perspective and help us build more clarity and consistency across how we attract, convert and measure inbound demand.

Over time, you'll take on more responsibility for content creation, experimentation, conversion optimisation and paid acquisition — owning day-to-day delivery across SEO, SEM, content and social.

As the company grows, this role is expected to progress into a senior position and then into a Team Lead, with scope to hire and build the marketing function around you.

Key Responsibilities

SEO & SEM Strategy and Execution

  • Own and execute Liveforce's SEO and SEM strategy with a focus on driving qualified inbound demo bookings
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search intent mapping across organic and paid
  • Optimise website architecture, on-page SEO, metadata, internal linking and technical SEO health
  • Plan, launch and optimise paid search and LinkedIn ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bid strategy, creative testing and landing page alignment
  • Run regular audits and monitor rankings, visibility, CAC and site performance
  • Stay ahead of evolving search trends, including AI-powered search, Google's Search Generative Experience (SGE) and multi-modal search

Content Marketing

  • Plan, create and manage SEO-optimised content across the funnel — blog posts, landing pages, case studies, pillar pages and gated long-form assets (reports, guides, white papers)
  • Lead top-of-funnel content and lead magnets that capture demand and feed the sales pipeline
  • Write and produce content hands-on, owning the work from brief to published piece
  • Put the audience's understanding first — build content that genuinely resonates rather than just ranking

Website & Conversion

  • Improve the website's content, structure and conversion performance
  • Use tools like HotJar to understand user behaviour, identify drop-off points and prioritise conversion experiments
  • Update and maintain the website day-to-day using WordPress and Elementor
  • Partner with design and product to make sure landing pages and journeys convert at their full potential
  • Run onsite experiments to quickly learn what's working and where to focus time and effort

Social Media

  • Develop and execute an organic social strategy to support content distribution, brand awareness and engagement (primarily LinkedIn)
  • Build and manage a content calendar for regular posting
  • Monitor social performance, engagement and community interaction

Analytics & Insights

  • Track and report on organic traffic, paid performance, rankings, engagement, demo bookings and pipeline contribution
  • Pull out the insights that matter — what's working, what's not and what to do next — and use them to inform future tactics
  • Build and own a reporting dashboard tied to the framework's KPIs and OKRs

Requirements

  • Proven experience driving SEO growth for SaaS or B2B businesses, with hands-on SEM experience across Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads
  • Strong understanding of modern SEO, search intent and AI-driven search changes
  • Demonstrable conversion optimisation experience — running experiments, interpreting heatmap and session data, and moving the conversion needle. HotJar experience is essential
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor (essential for day-to-day site updates)
  • Hands-on experience with SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Google Ads
  • Excellent written English and content creation skills, with a portfolio of content that clearly speaks to its audience
  • Experience developing and executing organic social media strategies (especially LinkedIn)
  • Highly analytical, data-driven mindset — able to pull insight out of messy data and turn it into action
  • Strategic thinker and strong problem solver, able to build scalable plans from scratch
  • Entrepreneurial, energetic and happy to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced remote startup environment
  • Ready to step up into a senior role with the right team around you

Personality & Mindset

  • We’re looking for someone who takes ownership and makes things happen.
  • You’re proactive. You don’t wait to be told what to do — you spot opportunities and move.
  • You’re comfortable speaking up. You share ideas, challenge thinking and bring a point of view.
  • You enjoy testing new approaches. You’re curious, open-minded and not afraid to try things that might not work.
  • You stay positive and solutions-focused. When things don’t go to plan, you look for what to learn and what to do next.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot experience (we plan to ramp up our use of the platform)
  • Google Ads certification or advanced Google Ads experience
  • Active involvement in content marketing and SEO communities, networks or events
  • Basic HTML/CSS for on-page tweaks
  • Familiarity with international SEO and multi-language/multi-region optimisation
  • Prior experience mentoring more junior team members
  • Experience in event tech, staffing, workforce management or related industries
  • Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership

Our Marketing Culture

We value curiosity, commercial thinking and practical problem-solving over unnecessary process. We want to build a marketing function that is audience-first, data-informed and scalable — where SEO, SEM, content and conversion work together to drive real pipeline.

You'll join at a stage where there is real opportunity to shape how we work and make a visible impact.
