Data Operations Specialist — Supplement Database

Remote | Freelance Hourly Contract
 

We're building a structured supplement intelligence platform with 50,000+ products across 350+ categories. We need a detail-obsessed operator to keep product data accurate, clean, and complete.
 

What We Need

• Basic SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, UPDATE)
• Basic regex (read and apply existing rules, no writing required)
• Extreme precision and attention to detail
• Comfortable with repetitive work done consistently well
• Familiar with supplement facts panels and marketing language (ingredients, doses, claims, certifications)
• Fine to work in evening time

Immediate Tasks

• Review and correct product records in the Filament admin panel
• Map ingredients, categories, and brands to internal taxonomy
• Run prepared SQL queries to find data gaps and inconsistencies
• Create simplified, regex-like rules to clean titles, doses, and units
• QA outputs from OCR and LLM extraction pipelines — flag and correct edge cases
• Maintain data quality dashboards, report issues to backend
