Business Development and Partnerships Manager (Fintech)

This role is not only about outreach and partner calls.

We’re looking for someone who can help move fintech partnerships forward in real life — not just talk to providers, but keep structure, follow up, and help turn discussions into launches.

About us

We are building a fintech ecosystem under FinDech, including products like Woney, Monobank.com, Chinatown Bank, and others.

We work with partners across:

• card issuing
• BIN sponsorship
• processors
• KYC / AML
• banking infrastructure
• crypto infrastructure

We are looking for someone who can help us move these partnerships forward and turn conversations into real progress.

What you’ll do

• communicate with partners and providers
• join calls and follow up after them
• collect requirements and keep information organized
• help compare providers and options
• support launches in new markets
• keep track of next steps, timelines, and action points
• work closely with the founder and internal team

In short: you help connect partners, product, and operations so things move forward.

What we’re looking for

• strong spoken and written English
• ability to speak confidently with UK and US partners on calls
• ability to understand native English well and express your thoughts clearly
• strong communication skills
• organized and detail-oriented mindset
• proactive attitude
• ability to learn quickly

• interest in fintech, payments, banking, or crypto infrastructure

   

Nice to have

• some experience in business development, partnerships, operations, or account management
• some exposure to fintech or payments
• startup experience

• experience working in a fast-moving environment
