Payment Monitoring Manager (Junior / Trainee)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Payment Monitoring Manager (Junior / Trainee) to join our team and support day-to-day payment operations.

This role is a great entry point into iGaming operations, fintech, and risk monitoring — perfect for someone who is attentive, structured, and ready to learn.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor incoming and outgoing payments in real time
• Track payment statuses and ensure smooth processing
• Identify and flag suspicious or unusual transactions
• Work with payment providers and internal teams to resolve issues
• Support risk & fraud checks based on internal guidelines
• Maintain accurate records and reports of payment activities

• Escalate critical issues to the Team Lead in a timely manner

   

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with large volumes of data
• Responsible, structured, and fast learner
• Basic understanding of online payments / fintech is a plus
• Experience in iGaming / payments / support is a plus, but not required
