SDR Manager
We are looking for an SDR Manager who will be responsible for generating high-quality B2B leads and booking meetings with potential clients. This role is not about marketing or traditional sales. It is focused on precise targeting, identifying the right people, cold outreach, and guiding prospects from the first contact to a scheduled meeting. The main goal of this role is to bring qualified leads to demo calls.
About the Client
Our client is an innovative technology company that automates employee assessment and verification using artificial intelligence. The first type of tests consists of virtual risk interviews, while the second focuses on competency tests. They reveal the strengths and weaknesses of candidates or employees, improve team efficiency, and save HR time.
What You Will Do
1. Targeted Search for Decision-Makers
- Identifying and building a database of potential clients in the niche (media buying, affiliate marketing, arbitrage teams).
- Focusing on key decision-makers: Founder, CEO, Owner, Managing Partner.
- Using LinkedIn, Telegram, and other sources to collect relevant contacts.
2. Cold Outreach (LinkedIn / Telegram)
- Writing and sending personalized messages based on provided scripts.
- Adapting outreach messages to the client’s pain points and context.
- Managing conversations until initial interest is generated.
3. Initial Lead Qualification
- Assessing lead relevance through direct communication.
- Clarifying key parameters: team size (buyers/farmers), team format (remote / office), existing challenges (budget waste, account security issues, etс.
- Filtering out non-target contacts.
4. Booking Meetings
- Converting conversations into scheduled calls.
- Passing “warmed-up” leads to the sales pipeline.
5. Funnel Management & Performance Improvement
- Maintaining lead tracking (CRM / spreadsheets).
- Analyzing responses and conversion rates.
- Suggesting improvements to scripts and outreach approaches.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in lead generation, SDR, pre-sales, or outbound roles.
- Ability to write concise, clear, and to-the-point messages.
- Understanding of B2B communication principles.
- Experience working with LinkedIn and/or Telegram outreach.
- Ability to maintain conversations and convert them into results (booked meetings).
- Language: Fluent in Ukrainian.
Nice-to-have skills
- Experience in the affiliate, media buying, or digital industry.
- Experience with cold outreach to decision-makers.
- Understanding of business pain points (risk, revenue, efficiency).
What You Can Expect
- Full-time employment (5/2 schedule).
- 8-hour working day with flexible hours between 8:00–17:00 and 10:00–19:00.
