N8N Workflow Specialist

We are expanding our delivery team and are looking for an n8n Workflow Specialist (Freelance) who will play a key role in building, maintaining, and stabilizing our operational and integration workflows. This is a hands-on technical operations role focused on automation, system reliability, and delivery performance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain complex workflows in n8n based on business requirements
• Configure and optimize workflows, integrations, and data flows
• Integrate internal systems and third-party services via API
• Work with structured data (JSON), configurations, and logic validation
• Monitor workflow performance, stability, and integrations health
• Identify, document, and classify workflow errors and incidents
• Log issues, create tasks for fixes, and control their resolution
• Participate in testing: functional and integration testing
• Collaborate with the team on new features and improvements in the delivery area

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with n8n (or similar automation platforms)
• Proven experience with API integrations, including Notion, Kommo, Telegram, Slack
• Confident working with JSON and data structures
• High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
• Stress resistance and ability to work with deadlines
• Structured, systematic way of thinking

A huge plus

• Knowledge of TypeScript or Python
• Knowledge of programming
• Experience with sales funnel automation

Nice to Have

• Experience with non-relational databases (e.g. MongoDB)
• Experience with Voice AI / Conversational AI platforms
• Familiarity with AI/ML APIs
