Account Manager (Telecommunications)

We are looking for a Account Manager to join our team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in account management, preferably in the telecommunications or digital messaging industry;
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of successful deal-making;
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with attention to detail and deadlines;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
- Proficient in admin panels software and other relevant business tools;
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve targets and improve performance;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and providers;
- Adaptable and open to change, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a creative and strategic approach to overcoming challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with third-party SMS and messenger service providers;
- Negotiate and secure favorable pricing and deals to optimize cost-efficiency;
- Monitor service agreements and ensure compliance with terms and conditions;
- Oversee account deliverability across multiple platforms, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery;
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high service standards and client satisfaction;
- Develop and implement strategies to improve account performance and deliver results;
- Intake requests and feedback from stakeholders, providing timely and accurate responses;
- Manage stakeholder accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded;
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and internal teams to ensure alignment on objectives;
- Analyze account performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement;
- Prepare and present regular reports to management and stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations;
- Address and resolve any account-related issues promptly, minimizing disruptions and maintaining client trust;
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
