Responsibilities

  • Lead Business Development end-to-end
  • Build and scale partnerships (startups, VCs, ecosystem)
  • Develop outreach and conversion pipelines
  • Work with CEO on growth strategy
  • Close high-value deals
  • Launch community growth initiatives (first 1,000 members)

     

Must-have

  • 5+ years in Business Development
  • Leadership / ownership experience
  • Strong pipeline & partnership skills
  • Startup mindset, high autonomy
  • Web3 understanding
  • English (Upper-Intermediate+)

 

Nice-to-have

  • Web3 / VC / ecosystem experience
  • Community-building background
