- 5+ years in Business Development
- Leadership / ownership experience
- Strong pipeline & partnership skills
- Startup mindset, high autonomy
- Web3 understanding
- English (Upper-Intermediate+)
Nice-to-have
- Web3 / VC / ecosystem experience
- Community-building background
