Our client is a prominent entity in the home construction industry, currently driving a large-scale HR data transformation. We are building a centralized Data Lake for all HR data and developing AI agents to automate core HR and business functions.

We are looking for a Data Analyst to provide critical data engineering and modeling support, accelerating the Data Lake build and Workday API integrations.

 

โœ… Required Experience

  • Data Modeling: Strong proficiency in both logical and physical data modeling, designing for scalability across multiple use cases.
  • Modern Data Stack: Hands-on experience with Snowflake and dbt for data transformation and model management.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Familiarity with AWS data services.
  • Domain Knowledge: Experience working with Workday data structures and HR data domains is highly preferred.
  • Semantic Layer: Understanding of semantic layer design to expose clean, governed data to analytics consumers.
  • Data Governance: Strong grasp of security, compliance, and governance in sensitive data environments.

  • Analyze and interpret large volumes of HR data to surface trends and opportunities.
  • Design and implement flexible data models to support various HR and business reporting use cases.
  • Develop and maintain semantic layer definitions for consistent HR metrics.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers on Workday API integrations to ensure analytics-ready data.
  • Partner with the AI team to align data workflows with the needs of automated HR agents.
  • Translate HR stakeholders' business requirements into technical data models.
  • Produce and maintain detailed documentation (data dictionaries, model lineage).
