We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer to bring financial clarity, control, and predictability to Cloudfresh, enabling the Investors and Leadership team to make strategic decisions based on real data, sustainable cash flow, and clear unit economics.

Requirements:

Must-have:

• Proven experience as a CFO, Head of Finance, or Finance Partner in a high-growth environment
• Strong expertise in cash flow management (including 13-week forecasting), budgeting, and financial modeling
• Hands-on experience managing multi-entity, multi-country, and multi-currency setups

• Ability to operate in ambiguity and build financial clarity with imperfect data

  Nice-to-have:

• Experience in SaaS or professional services businesses

• Experience working with international financial frameworks and cross-border operations

Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain a single source of truth across all entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting through automated data consolidation
• Develop financial models to evaluate unit economics, new service lines, partnerships, and market expansion opportunities
• Build and scale the finance function to support international growth and operational efficiency
• Implement and lead a rolling 13-week cash flow forecasting process, ensuring clear visibility of runway and liquidity
• Ensure investment readiness by maintaining a transparent financial structure and audit-ready data room
• Oversee multi-currency operations and intercompany transactions, managing FX risks and ensuring compliance across jurisdictions
• Act as a strategic finance partner to leadership and investors, translating financial data into actionable insights
