Human Resources Manager

What you’ll do (get ready to get hands-on):

• Recruit, onboard, and seduce top talent - creators, chatters, content editors, and virtual assistants who know how to turn fantasy into cash flow.
• Handle all the “behind the scenes” magic: contracts, NDAs, payroll, compliance, and keeping our adult industry operations smooth and legal.
• Be the go-to person for team conflicts, creator concerns, burnout prevention, and motivation (yes, sometimes that includes a little tough love and a lot of encouragement).
• Design fun, flirty internal policies that actually make sense in a boundary-pushing industry.
• Manage performance reviews, growth plans, and exit interviews with grace and zero judgment.
• Stay on top of labor laws, data privacy (especially for explicit content), and platform guidelines.
• Occasionally jump in to help with creator strategy or team-building that’s a little more… engaging.

What we’re craving in you:

• 1+ years HR experience (adult industry, OnlyFans agency, or high-volume creator management is a huge plus - but we love fast learners with the right energy).
• Extremely open-minded, non-judgmental, and comfortable talking about content, boundaries, pay rates, and everything in between.
• Strong communicator - you can be professional one minute and playfully direct the next.
• Discreet, trustworthy, and able to keep secrets (this industry runs on privacy).
• Organized, empathetic, and a little bit seductive in your approach to people management.
• Bonus points if you have experience with remote teams, international creators, or know your way around OnlyFans backend/tools.
