SKY SYNERGY SOLUTION is hiring a Sales Team Lead (US Market)
We work with the US market in the IT sector: developing software, building websites, and helping businesses grow through marketing.
We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who is ready not only to close deals but to build, guide, and scale a sales team. This role combines personal sales performance with leadership and process ownership.
Important: This role requires confident English, Russian communication (spoken and written), as all clients are English,Russian -speaking.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and growth
- Take ownership of team results and sales KPIs
- Communicate with potential clients (calls, online meetings) and close deals
- Help team members improve their sales skills (calls, discovery, objection handling)
- Identify client needs and ensure the team offers relevant solutions
- Build and optimize sales processes, scripts, and pipelines
- Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve conversion and client experience
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT or services)
- Experience managing or mentoring people (formal or informal)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to think in terms of systems, not just individual deals
- Results-driven mindset with accountability for team performance
- Confident English (required for communication with clients)
Conditions:
- Schedule: 16:00 โ 23:00 (aligned with the US market)
