SKY SYNERGY SOLUTION is hiring a Sales Team Lead (US Market)

We work with the US market in the IT sector: developing software, building websites, and helping businesses grow through marketing.

We are looking for a Sales Team Lead who is ready not only to close deals but to build, guide, and scale a sales team. This role combines personal sales performance with leadership and process ownership.

Important: This role requires confident English, Russian communication (spoken and written), as all clients are English,Russian -speaking.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the sales team, ensuring consistent performance and growth
  • Take ownership of team results and sales KPIs
  • Communicate with potential clients (calls, online meetings) and close deals
  • Help team members improve their sales skills (calls, discovery, objection handling)
  • Identify client needs and ensure the team offers relevant solutions
  • Build and optimize sales processes, scripts, and pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to improve conversion and client experience

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales (preferably in IT or services)
  • Experience managing or mentoring people (formal or informal)
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to think in terms of systems, not just individual deals
  • Results-driven mindset with accountability for team performance
  • Confident English (required for communication with clients)

Conditions:

  • Schedule: 16:00 โ€” 23:00 (aligned with the US market)
