Chief Executive Officer

Kailash Management is an onchain structured finance company operating at the intersection of crypto and traditional capital markets. We are backed by UTXO, a $5.5B BTC hedge fund.
 

The company already has an established team, including operations, business development, and execution functions.
 

We are looking for a CEO to take over operational leadership from the founder, who is transitioning into a venture builder role.

Key Responsibilities

- Take full ownership of day-to-day operations and company execution

- Lead and execute LP fundraising (institutional investors, family offices, HNWIs)

- Drive venture capital fundraising across upcoming rounds

- Build and manage investor pipeline end-to-end

- Coordinate internal teams (operations, BD, product) to ensure execution efficiency

- Act as the primary operator, translating strategy into results
 

Requirements

- Proven experience in asset management, structured finance, or closely related fields

- Strong track record in LP fundraising and venture capital raises

- Deep understanding of capital markets (crypto + TradFi preferred)

- Fluent English (C1 or higher)

- Ability to operate independently and take full ownership

- Existing network of LPs and institutional investors

- Experience in crypto, DeFi, or onchain financial products

- Background in hedge funds, private equity, or investment banking
