Lead Full-Stack Developer (Ruby + React)

CrunchCode — міжнародна сервісна ІТ-компанія з досвідом близько 7 років у розробці вебсервісів і вебзастосунків. Ми працюємо у форматах staff augmentation (outstaff) та outsourcing і підключаємо спеціалістів до проєктів клієнтів у довгостроковій моделі співпраці.

Ми працюємо переважно з проєктами в доменах логістики (включно з last mile),e-commerce, fintech та банкінгу, а також enterprise-рішеннями.
Для нас важливо, щоб проєкт був “чистим” і зрозумілим з точки зору етики та цінності для користувачів.

Ми принципово не беремо проєкти, пов’язані з:
● gambling / гемблінгом,
● adult-контентом та порнографією,
● шахрайством або будь-якою розробкою, що спрямована на обман чи маніпуляції.

Project Overview:
Product at the intersection of AI technologies and analytics. Diverse tasks spanning AI module development, BI tooling, integration architecture, and data workflows. The client values proactive specialists who can take ownership and help structure engineering processes.

Tech Stack
Ruby on Rails, React, AI dev tools (Cursor, Claude, Copilot), BI/Analytics tooling

Requirements (Must-have):
- Strong production experience with Ruby (on Rails)
- Strong production experience with React (hooks from scratch, comfortable without IDE)
- Demonstrated leadership and proactive approach to structuring processes
- AI-native workflow: daily use of Cursor, Claude, Copilot or similar tools
- English B2+ for direct client communication
- Full-time, long-term availability from EU or Ukraine

Responsibilities:
- Lead full-stack development across Ruby backend and React frontend
- Drive architecture decisions and contribute to engineering process structure
- Develop and maintain AI modules and BI tools
- Build and own integration systems and data workflows
- Mentor and support middle-level engineers
- Communicate directly with the client in English on a daily basis

Nice to Have:
- Experience with BI tools and analytics platforms
- Background in AI/LLM-integrated products
- Experience in async remote teams
