User Acquisition Manager

We’re a product-focused startup building and scaling digital products for Tier-1 markets. Our current focus is a HealthTech app addressing back pain - one of the most widespread health issues globally.

We’re currently focused on scaling user acquisition across Tier-1 markets (US, Canada, Western Europe).
 

We’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager who can take ownership of paid growth, validate acquisition hypotheses, and identify scalable growth opportunities.

This is an early-stage project, where you’ll be responsible for testing and validating acquisition hypotheses from scratch.

 

 

What you’ll do
 

  • Build, test, and iterate on user acquisition hypotheses
  • Launch, manage, and optimize Meta campaigns
  • Analyze performance and make data-driven decisions 
  • Calculate and optimize cost per lead / acquisition
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis (creatives, funnels, positioning)
  • Collaborate with a dedicated marketing specialist responsible for creatives

 

Who we’re looking for
 

  • 2+ years of experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing
  • Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads
  • Strong analytical skills and understanding of unit economics
  • Experience with mobile apps and/or subscription-based products is a strong plus
  • Ability to work independently and operate in an early-stage environment

 

What you’ll be responsible for in the first months
 

  • Driving hypothesis testing within a primary paid channel (audiences, creatives, value propositions)
  • Identifying high-performing audience segments and creative angles based on test results
  • Defining and tracking key performance benchmarks (CPA, CTR, conversion rates)
  • Validating a scalable acquisition approach within the primary channel
