IT Sourcer / IT Recruiter (Senior level)

We are looking for an experienced IT Sourcer / Recruiter who can independently drive the hiring process โ€” from sourcing to conducting interviews and delivering qualified candidates. This is not a junior role โ€” we expect someone who already knows how to produce results without training.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and continuous cold sourcing (LinkedIn, niche platforms, databases)
  • Full ownership of sourcing strategy using LinkedIn Recruiter Lite
  • Conducting initial screening interviews with candidates
  • Evaluating candidate-job fit using AI tools and analytical approach
  • Presenting only relevant, pre-qualified candidates
  • Managing candidate pipeline and maintaining high speed of delivery

 

Requirements (mandatory):

  • Solid proven experience in IT sourcing and IT recruitment
  • Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
  • Ability to identify and engage highly relevant candidates (no mass outreach)
  • Experience conducting interviews and candidate assessment
  • Practical use of AI tools in recruitment workflows
  • Conversational English (required โ€” no exceptions)
  • High level of independence, ownership, and speed

We are not looking for junior specialists and do not provide basic training. You should be able to deliver results from day one.

 

Conditions:

  • Fixed salary: $1000
  • Bonus: $100 per closed position
  • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite provided
  • Fully remote
