Technical Support Engineer

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Ukraine.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Experience working with databases and data systems
- Understanding of data collection processes or automation tools
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging practices (Zabbix, Grafana or other)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
 

Responsibilities

- Maintain and support internal data collection system
- Set up new environments and connect data sources for different clients
- Identify and resolve issues related to data processing and integrations
- Improve system performance and ensure stable operation of data pipelines
- Monitor system health and data flows
- Assist with deployments and ensure smooth releases without service interruptions
