Junior Software Engineer - AI Platform (Gdansk)

Basic Qualifications:
 

• 1+ years of any professional software development experience
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language
• Practical experience using AI tools in day-to-day software development workflows
• Ability to leverage AI for code generation, debugging, refactoring, test creation, documentation, and technical research
• Experience using AI to accelerate development and prototyping processes
• Understanding of best practices for AI-assisted development workflows
• Ability to contribute to establishing and improving team-wide AI usage standards and processes
   

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain interactive frontend web components using React
• Integrate LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) to process and generate consumer data
• Interact with vector databases to support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) capabilities
• Build LLM-powered utilities to extract structured data from unstructured documents
• Create backend API endpoints to handle file uploads, AI workflows, and multi-tenant state
   

Write and maintain unit tests to ensure application stability and reliable AI outputs
