Customer Support Specialist (Polish/English)
PocketBook is an international company currently looking for a Customer Support Specialist with Polish and English proficiency to join our team.
Responsibilities:
• Providing informational and advisory customer support (communicating with product users via email and phone);
• Analysing user issues and identifying effective solutions;
• Working within a CRM system;
• Performing various one-off tasks related to customer support;
• Identifying and analysing software bugs, working with a bug tracking system.
Requirements and personal qualities:
• Previous experience in customer service (preferred);
• Proficiency in Polish – C1 level or higher;
• Proficiency in English – B2 level or higher;
• Strong written communication skills with accuracy and speed;
• Ability to analyse situations and quickly find effective solutions;
• Strong knowledge of PCs and mobile devices;
• A structured approach to solving complex tasks and a positive mindset;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Experience communicating with native speakers is a plus.
