PPC Specialist (Google Ads, Meta, Amazon)

We are looking for a talented and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in planning and executing effective multichannel digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more. They should understand how to optimize each channel and know how to effectively measure performance. It is important to us that the candidate has experience working with service companies in the B2C segment, as well as practical experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Amazon Ads, with an understanding of key performance metrics.

 

You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI. A passion for marketing and a commitment to high-quality work are essential.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 - 19:00

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize advanced digital campaigns from concept to launch
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and audience targeting to improve campaign performance
  • Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing actionable insights and recommendations
  • Create compelling ad copy, creative assets, and landing pages to increase engagement and conversions
  • Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, UTM tracking, and other analytical platforms
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align paid media strategies with overall marketing goals
  • Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and meet client expectations
  • Prepare detailed performance reports, including KPIs and ROI metrics
  • Stay current on best practices and emerging technologies in digital advertising

     

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a marketing agency managing digital media campaigns for multiple clients
  • Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other PPC and display advertising platforms
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to create tailored campaigns for clients’ specific markets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others
  • Creative mindset for developing engaging ad content
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

     

Preferred Skills

  • Google Ads certification
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles
