• promo videos

You will work directly with the founder and be responsible for real growth, not just execution.

• build acquisition channels from scratch
• test ideas fast and see direct impact
• work on a global SaaS product

What you will do

• build and grow affiliate and CPA channel
• find and onboard partners, publishers, media buyers
• test different traffic sources

• scale paying users

   

Requirements

• 6+ months experience in performance or lead generation
• understanding of CPA, CPS, revshare models
• basic experience with paid traffic (Facebook, Google, etc.)
• English intermediate or higher

• ability to work independently

   

Nice to have

• affiliate or CPA experience
• experience launching partner programs
• SaaS or digital product experience

• international traffic experience

   

💰 Compensation

• $300 per month fixed
• 20 percent revshare from subscriptions
• no income cap
• compensation review based on results

Optional: revshare only model with higher percentage
