Marketing Manager

QA Madness is a European IT service company focusing strongly on QA and cybersecurity. The company was founded in 2013 and is headquartered in Poland.

Currently, we are searching for an experienced Marketing Manager to become a great addition to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement SEO recommendations on the website;
• Monitor forms, CTAs, UTM tags, tracking setup, and CRM data flow;
• Work with Google Analytics, GTM, CRM, and basic reporting;
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of marketing data in CRM;
• Track lead sources, campaign tagging, and lead status updates;
• Manage company social media and support LinkedIn presence of company experts;
• Maintain marketing calendar and ensure deadlines are met;
• Coordinate work of designer, copywriter, and external SEO specialist when needed;
• Update website pages and marketing materials as required;
• Keep landing pages, blog content, and key website sections up to date;
• Support content distribution across owned channels;
• Maintain organization of marketing assets, links, and documentation.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Company website;
• SEO and AI visibility support; 
• Content marketing and blog support; 
• LinkedIn, Reddit, Medium, and other relevant channels;
• Marketing analytics and tracking;
• CRM hygiene and marketing-related CRM support; 
• Support for cold outreach and sales materials.
