Data / Financial Analyst (Supply Chain Finance/BNPL)

Format: Full-time office work (5/2) in Kyiv (51 Antonovycha Street, Olimpiiska metro station)

Company: AgriAnalytica — a Ukrainian B2B SaaS company in the agri-fintech sector, expanding to international markets. We develop analytical dashboards, financial modules, and APIs for mobile applications.

About the project:

We are building a digital agri-fintech ecosystem, combining:

• Mobile application
• Credit Scoring system
• B2B marketplaces

The platform connects farmers, banks, suppliers, traders and experts into a single digital flow.

Your role:

• Design and implement financial models for Supply Chain Finance and BNPL
• Work with data, calculations, and financial logic
• Help translate business requirements into clear structured rules for the system
• Assist with basic data analysis, validation, and interpretation of results
• Collaborate closely with PM, developers, and senior analysts

Responsibilities:

• Assist in analyzing cash flows and payment cycles
• Support development of:
  • Credit limit logic (based on cash flow)
  • BNPL scenarios (deferred payments)
• Work with basic financial models and calculations
• Perform basic data analysis to identify trends, inconsistencies, and potential risks
• Validate calculation logic and check results
• Document:
  • Business processes
  • User flows
  • Financial logic and rules
• Prepare structured inputs for development (Jira tasks, logic descriptions)
• Support integration of data from different sources (mobile → scoring → marketplace)
• Work with Excel / Google Sheets / BI tools for reporting and analysis

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in:
  • Financial analysis / business analysis / banking
• Basic understanding of:
  • Cash Flow
  • Financial statements
  • Credit logic (loans, repayments)
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets for analysis
• Ability to structure information clearly
• English — Intermediate+

Nice to have:

• Experience in banking (internship / junior role is enough)
• Basic understanding of:
  • Supply Chain Finance
  • BNPL models
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of APIs or system integrations (basic level)
• Experience in agriculture / agribusiness — a plus
