A product company is looking for a Tier 2 Support Engineer for a fully remote position.
The company develops ultra low-latency financial systems for Tier 1 banks in the EU and the US. Its solutions are integrated with over 100 trading venues in the Forex market, covering the majority of global FX liquidity. The product provides a unified API for both Makers and Takers, including market access, trading, risk management, price customization, and liquidity aggregation.
The solution enables international companies and banks to perform instant transactions on global currency markets with minimal latency, giving them a competitive advantage in high-frequency trading.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in technical support (Tier 2 or Tier 3)
- Experience with Linux
- Experience with log analysis and networking
- Intermediate+ level of English
- Willingness to work in shifts
